Qinhuangdao Young Solar Co., Ltd. located in Qinhuangdao, a beautiful seaside city with Yanshan Mountain to the north and Bohai Sea to the south, is a manufacturer specializing in tin-coated copper strips (interconnected solder strips and bus-bar solder strips), which are used in solar modules.
The company has a great number of medium & senior talents who have been working in solar PV industry for many years in such aspects as research, manufacture and operation, and who have a lot of experience in manufacturing tin-coated copper strips. The company has close cooperation with relevant research institutions all over the country.
The copper matrix of interconnected solder strips adopts the following techniques: oxygen-free copper wire by precise cold roll milling, nitrogen pipe anneal, with smooth surface, excluding oil, oxygen-free, good effects of dip tin. The copper matrix of bus-bar solder strips uses T2 copper belt precisely divided and cut by machine with smooth surface, precise dimensions. Combined the advanced technology from home and abroad with experience, the company developed automatic hot dip tin machines, which are in the leading place in China for high automation and strong production ability.
The tin-coated copper strips developed by our technicians are highly praised by our clients for its high quality, that is, fine structure, smooth and bright surface, even thickness of tin coating, well welding performance and strong erosion resistance. The tin-coated copper strips are more competitive than those imported ones from other countries. They are widely used in China with high reputation.

1、Copper matrix: oxygen-free copper with planish (interconnected solder strip), T2 copper belt
divide & cut (bus-bar solder strip);
2、Copper matrix resistance rate: oxygen-free copper wire≤0.0165Ωmm2/m, T2 copper belt ≤0.0172Ωmm2/m;
3、Soldering tin composition: non-lead, 96.5%Sn3.5%Ag，99%Sn1%Ag;lead-containing, 60%Sn40%
Pb，63%Sn37%Pb, 62%Sn36%Pb2%Ag;
4、Soldering tin melting point: 179℃-227℃;
5、Thickness of tin coating: single surface coating ≥0.02mm，even double surface coating;
6、Extensibility: soft phase 25％, semi-soft phase≥20％;
7、Width tolerance is ±0.1mm and thickness tolerance is ±0.015mm;
8、Packing: inner packing, hard paper tray, plastic I-beam axle and paper box are available(lengthof paper box can be designed upon the requirements of clients); outer packing, paper box andwood case are available.
